Most people don’t realize how much sacrifice, time, effort, blood sweat and tears goes into creating that product, service or institution. Expressing gratitude and appreciation will make them happy and can motivate them to strive for better to help and serve more in people in need of that service. In a day in age where we all live better than kings did a few hundred years ago, we can pretty much find anything and everything to be grateful for. Pretty much anything that makes your life easier that was not around 5, 10, 15, 20 or 100 years ago, we should all be praising and grateful for on a daily basis.

Beaufort Fitness: Are You Chained To Your Desk or The Broken Record?
Do you know what your level of fitness in Beaufort is?
