Hey EF Fam,
Before I begin, let me start off by saying that if you are easily embarrassed, then this workshop is not for you. The reason being, we may be doing some WEIRD movements in a room filled with people you may or may not know.
If you can get past a few weird movements then you will find that this will be one of the most powerful workshops you’ll attend in your life.
I will be revealing simple techniques that can dramatically change your life and will only take a few minutes a day.
You will learn exercises that will instantly reduce stress and “perceived threat” to the body and at the same time increase your health and fitness results. These are very low cost but super high value techniques.
If you saw my last email, you know that percieved threat can dramatically reduce your movement and strength and can increase pain patterns.
There is a Hierarchy of Threat that the mind deals with and when you reduce threat to the mind – whether it is real threat or percieved – the body will MAGICALLY perform at its best. It really is quite magical. You might not even believe some of the things you’ll see at our workshop until I prove them to you, but you have to see this in person to be a believer.

The Science Of Happiness
Hey EF Fam,
As you may already know from past newsletters/emails/articles that one of my favorite emotions is gratitude 🙂 It’s an unwritten law that what you focus on expands…and when you focus on what you are grateful for, you get more of what you are grateful for and then some. One of the most powerful things you can do to change your day is a daily dozen gratitude list.
Write down 12 things that you FEEL grateful for in your life at this moment and see if it changes your perspective. The key is to FEEL gratitude, not just write it. When we feel gratefulness in our hearts, those powerful emotions are emitted out into the world and effect our entire universe for the better and that is a fact 🙂
